Now mainly obsolete this battery was fitted to Polaroid Instant Photo film to power the camera and flash. Not usually available to consumers.
Update May 2010: It has come to my attention that there is a new manufacturer of these films (including battery) see: http://www.the-impossible-project.com/ for details (the SX-70, 600 and Spectra seem to have this battery).
Similar to the P100 type, but has parallel terminals, unlike the staggered terminals of the P100, also a lower capacity, therefore shorter life.
Equivalents:
Polapulse P80, Polaroid P80,
